Why do you use Google Docs and Sheets? I use Google Docs and Sheets to provide a flexible and efficient way to manage your workout plan. This allows for quick adjustments and progress tracking. You'll also receive a weight tracker sheet alongside your plan, making it easier for both of us to monitor your progress and stay on track.

After completing a detailed onboarding questionnaire and a welcoming interview, we ensure that your plan is specifically designed to suit you. And don’t worry—while I work on creating your personalized plan, you’ll receive an interim plan to start using right away, so you can begin making progress from day one!

Can I change my plan if my goals change? Absolutely. Each membership plan allows for plan adjustments, with the Gold plan offering unlimited modifications to ensure your fitness journey aligns with your evolving goals.
